The Forrester mansion is quiet in the late afternoon, its hallways dim except for the soft glow of the Christmas lights already strung along the banisters. The house feels unusually hollow without Eric in it, without Ridge hovering over sketchpads, without the bustling Forrester energy. It’s peaceful… or it should be.
That peace is shattered by the secret being whispered inside the guesthouse office.
Electra stands near the window, pacing slowly. She keeps glancing toward the door, her nerves fraying by the second. Miss Dylan sits stiffly on the edge of the couch, wringing her hands, her breath uneven. The weight of her confession hangs between them like smoke they can’t breathe around.
Electra finally speaks, her voice low and strained.
She says they need to keep the truth hidden — that no one can ever find out she ran Luna over. Not after everything. Not with the entire city grieving Luna’s death. Electra insists that the secret dying with the two of them is the only way forward.
Miss Dylan nods weakly, but she looks undone, tortured by guilt and fear. She says she never meant for things to go this far. She says she just wanted Luna to stop tormenting her. She says the accident wasn’t malicious — it was panic and trauma boiling over.
Electra tries her best to stay steady, even as her heart pounds. She tells Miss Dylan that Luna destroyed so many people. She says Luna kidnapped her. She says Luna drugged her. She says Luna tried to ruin her relationship with Will. She says the things Luna did were unforgivable.

THE OVERHEARD SECRET
Neither woman notices the faint creak of the guesthouse door.
They don’t see the shadow moving along the hallway.
They have no idea Sheila Carter is standing outside.
Sheila hadn’t intended to linger. She had simply stopped by to see Finn, hoping to catch him between hospital shifts. But when she hears Electra’s raised voice and Miss Dylan’s trembling confession drifting through the half-open door, Sheila freezes.
Sheila goes completely still.
Her eyes widen, her breathing stops, and her entire body locks in place as her brain tries to catch up with what she’s hearing.

Electra flinches violently when she hears the door slam open. Miss Dylan lets out a gasp.
Sheila stands in the doorway, her chest rising and falling like a storm trapped in human form.
She moves into the room with slow, controlled steps — the kind of steps Sheila only takes right before she becomes dangerous.
Electra whispers Sheila’s name, terrified.
Miss Dylan pales completely, almost collapsing backward against the couch.
Sheila doesn’t raise her voice. That makes it worse.
She says she heard everything.
She says she knows the truth now — the truth they planned to bury.
She says Luna deserved honesty, at the very least.
She says Luna deserved justice.
Sheila’s stare pins Miss Dylan in place, and Miss Dylan breaks instantly into shaking sobs. She keeps saying it wasn’t planned. She keeps saying she was terrified of Luna and what Luna had done to her. She keeps saying she was pushed to the edge.
Electra steps between them, shielding Miss Dylan. She begs Sheila to calm down. She says losing her temper won’t bring Luna back. She says the police will think Miss Dylan is lying. She says it was an accident. She says Luna was unstable that night.
Sheila turns her head slowly toward Electra.
Her expression hardens like carved stone.
She says Electra is just as guilty — not for the hit-and-run, but for keeping it hidden.
She says Electra let Luna’s loved ones believe she was murdered by someone faceless.
She says Electra let Will break apart in grief.
She says Electra let Sheila herself sob over Luna’s photo like a mother in mourning.
Electra’s voice cracks as she tries to explain. She says Luna tried to destroy her life. She says Luna attacked her. She says Luna kidnapped Miss Dylan and manipulated everyone around her. She says Luna caused chaos wherever she went.
Sheila does not care.
The rage is boiling now — and Sheila’s rage is the kind of rage no one survives unscathed.
SHEILA SNAPS
Sheila steps closer, inches from Electra’s face.
She says Electra has no right to play judge and jury.
She says Luna was troubled, yes — but she was trying.
She says Luna cared about Will more than anything.
And she says the girl she loved died alone on a road while the woman who caused it hid like a coward.
Miss Dylan sobs harder behind Electra.
Electra’s breathing stutters.
Sheila’s voice drops into something icy and lethal.
She says she’s going to the police.
Electra stiffens, panic rising.
Miss Dylan collapses to her knees, begging Sheila not to ruin her life.
But Sheila turns toward the door.
For a moment, it looks like she’s truly walking out.
But then she stops.
Her hand curls around the doorframe.
Her shoulders rise and fall.
She turns her head back toward them — her eyes full of something dark, grief-stricken, and vengeful.
She says Luna may be gone…
but Sheila Carter is still here.
And she is not done.
Not by a long shot.
